The Sales / Business Developer will take the charge to partner with the best coffee roasters across the world and help them produce their own line of instant coffee with Voilà. They will also be in charge of managing existing clients and advocating for their success. This role is perfect for someone who is a self starter, excited by challenges, and loves to uplift others through great service and a great product.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-education

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Knowledge regarding the Coffee market
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships (specifically salesforce)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

VOILA Coffee Brewer

Voilà is seeking a part-time coffee brewer to join our growing startup. Over the last 5 years we’ve pioneered the new category of specialty instant coffee and have been featured in WSJ, Forbes, Gear Patrol, Food & Wine, and more! Take part in producing the coffee for some of the most well-respected roasters in specialty coffee and directly impact hundreds of thousands of cups.

The coffee brewer will work closely with the head of operations and CEO to evaluate, dial in, and brew large batches of various coffees. This is a fast-paced and physical role ideal for a hardworking, driven, and joyful individual who is excited to uplift others through coffee.

Requirements:

  • Love and passion for coffee
  • Previous coffee experience with a developed palate for dialing in coffee by taste
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Efficient and hard working
  • Detail oriented, organized, and respect for cleanliness
  • Able to creatively evaluate, problem-solve, and troubleshoot issues in brewing and equipment
  • Physically able to maneuver up to 50lbs of materials frequently throughout the day
  • Joyful and positive personality looking to uplift others on team and through coffee produced
  • Requires safe handling of food products, boiling water, and heavy equipment

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a brewing facility
  • Environment is noisy and ear protection is needed at times
  • Headphones welcome! You’ll be able to listen to music or podcasts in between communicating with others

Location: Bend, Oregon

Hours: Part-time, 8-10hr shifts, 2-3 weekdays
